Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time of access and the page requested (server logs). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing in the USA may occur and is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

News list

If you sign up, we process your email address and, if provided, your Discord tag to inform you about OTLE news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Submission runs through the form system of our hosting provider Netlify. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by writing to the address in the legal notice; your data will then be deleted. Until then we store it solely for this purpose.

Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact the address given in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; ours is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate (datenschutz.rlp.de).
